After class snack! An avocado, Mary’s original crackers and unsalted pumpkin seeds, mmm.
All though this isn’t the first thing I ate after class. There ended up being like 5 bouncy castles/a blow-up obstacle course in the gym at school (apparently we’re 5 year-olds, not complaining), and a popcorn machine and cotton candy. So yes, I’ve had a lot of sugar today.
Movement class was awesome, it was basically just a yoga class today which is what I needed so (efffffffing) early in the morning. My back feels so much better.
